Laredo's numerous parks, art complexes and school fields offer a variety of options for all types of tournaments, championships and special events.

Lake Casa Blanca State Park
1,650-acre lake with numerous recreational opportunities include fishing, birding, boating, water skiing, lake swimming, volleyball, mountain biking and golf. Two-lane boat ramps and fishing pier available, as are overnight campsites, enclosed picnic areas and recreation hall. Open seven days a week; entry fee is $4 per person (13 and under free).

Laredo Community College
Located along the central banks of Laredo's portion of the Rio Grande, this was originally home to Ft. McIntosh, a U.S. Army outpost from 1849 to 1946. The campus offers numerous walking and jogging trails.

Laredo Entertainment Center
This new entertainment facility seats 10,000 and offers superstar concerts, shows, world-class sporting events and ice shows. It is home to the two-time Central Hockey League Champion Laredo Bucks and host to championship boxing, Laredo Heat soccer, Laredo Lobos indoor football, martial arts and basketball.

Shirley Field
Outdoor field for professional and college competition including football games and track meets.
